Tyler Christopher, star of "General Hospital" and "Days of our Lives", has died aged 50

Tyler Christopher, known for his roles in the series "General Hospital" and "Days of our Lives", has died at the age of 50. He reportedly succumbed to a heart attack in his San Diego apartment.
  
Known for his iconic role as Nikolas Cassadine in the long-running TV series "General Hospital", which he played between 1996 and 2016, he also played Stefan DiMera in the soap "Days of our Lives" between 2018 and 2019. These performances earned him an Emmy Award and a nomination respectively.
 
This news was incredibly shocking, and I am devastated by his loss," expressed Chi Muoi Lo, Christopher's agent. "He was a very talented actor and, more importantly, an extraordinary friend. My thoughts are with his friends and family who loved him so much.
 
Maurice Bernard, his former "General Hospital" co-star, also paid tribute to the actor on Tuesday, saying, "Tyler was a truly talented individual who lit up the screen in every scene he played and loved bringing joy to his loyal fans with his acting. Tyler was a gentle soul and an exceptional friend to all who knew him. »
