His music rocked the youth of millions around the world: Shunsuke Kikuchi, composer for Dragon Ball Z, has died

Japanese composer Shunsuke Kikuchi, known for his music in anime, has died at the age of 89.

 

This Wednesday morning, the childish soul of millions of adults mourns the death of a man who rocked their childhood. If the name of Shunsuke Kikuchi may not evoke much to most people, his music has rocked the mornings or afternoons of many fans of Japanese anime.

 

Composer, Shunsuke Kikuchi was the author of legendary music for Dragon Ball Z, Dr. Slump or Goldorak anime. The man passed away at the age of 89, leaving behind him memories for millions of fans.
