To punish her, a 23-year-old mother suspended her daughter above the void before dropping her.

On a video with shocking images, you can hear the cries of a child named Anastasia. Mommy, I'm scared, the little girl begs before taking a fatal 50-foot fall according to Life News, Anna Ruzankina, the 23-year-old mother, then comes to search for her deceased daughter to take her back to the sixth-floor apartment.

A witness, who can be seen in the video, says he heard the child's screams before hearing a thud. That's when he found the little girl bleeding on the ground.

According to reports, the mother suspended the little girl by her shirt over the void as punishment. The garment then tore. It seems that Anna Ruzankina was returning from a nightclub at the time of the incident and was drunk.

The mother was taken into custody on suspicion of killing an impotent minor. She faces up to 21 years in prison.
